Wills, probate and trusts

Angela Hickey LL.B (Hons)
Angela qualified in 1984 and joined Rees Wood Terry in January 1987 and became a partner in May 1990. As the firm has grown in size Angela has focused on Wills, Probate and Trusts and now heads up the firm’s department. clair_thomas Clair Morgans LL.B (Hons)
Clair joined the firm in 2006 as a probate assistant and has quickly established herself as a valuable member of the firm. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2009 and specialises in preparing wills and dealing with probate matters. Contact Clair Morgans

frances_pitt Frances Pitt LLB (Hons)
Frances qualified in January 2009 having previously trained with Rees Wood Terry and is our residential conveyancing solicitor. She has wide experience in the residential property market. She has conducted a broad range of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages and a comprehensive range of other property related matters. m_hood Martin Hood LL.B (Hons)
Martin qualified in 1975 and is a partner. He has spent the major part of his legal life dealing with commercial property transactions. He has acquired considerable experience of such matters and has acted for many large companies.
Martin can also deal with many aspects of company and commercial matters. Martin’s knowledge and expertise in dental practice acquisitions and sales is well acknowledged in the dental community. Gareth qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and is a salaried partner handling commercial leases, property sales and purchases. Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1970 and joined Rees Wood Terry in 2014 as a Consultant having previously practiced as Hopkin John Solicitors in Cardiff.
